I started practicing dentistry in 1982, but I have been in dentistry all my life. I grew up with many dentists and dental scientists coming through our home and constantly discussed dental and life principles with my dad. I have the opportunity to take care of a great “family” of patients. Some of the families now extend to four generations and have been in our care for over 55 years. I thank you all for this privilege. This gives me a great advantage in observing what time-tested principles solidly apply and the perspective to see the waves of the future and which cutting edge techniques will enhance your health and appearance. Personally, I enjoy time with my wife, Jae, daughter, Logan, and son, Collin. Theyare the center of my life. The time I have for reading is confined to technical dentistry and spiritual enrichment. I also enjoy jogging, bike riding and occasionally playing golf. Between school activities, Jae's speaking engagements, time with extended family and sports, life is full and rewarding!

Dr Baba has been treating Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction since 1984.  During his time of practice we have come to know that there is no one type of treatment that will work for every single person.  This has led him to pursue many avenues of education in the diagnosis and treatment of the temporomandibular joint.  He and his team have a wide variety of education that allows them to apply the treatment that is right for each persons needs.

Three of Dr Baba’s Clinical staff has also completed the six courses offered by the Clinical Foundation of Orthopedics and Orthodontics.  They have also achieved the status of a Certified TMJ Assistant through the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.  There are only five in the state who have accomplished certification, and three work in my office.

I was born and raised in Dunlap, IL, so I am a Midwestern girl with big dreams and visions at heart!  Having had a wonderful orthodontic experience in 6th grade, I knew at that time I wanted to be a dentist and touch many lives, as my orthodontist did to mine.  Being accepted into the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s prestigious 6-year BA/DDS program out of high school, I graduated in May 2006.  I feel very lucky and honored to have joined the cutting-edge Baba Dental Design team, with two fantastic and extremely knowledgeable mentors, Dr. Mike and Dr. Joe, the great staff that I could not succeed without, and allowed into the wonderful lives of the “families” of patients, whom make carrying out my passion such a great joy each and every day.  Not only am I an active member of the community, but I am also a member of the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, and the Wichita District Dental Society.  Outside of dentistry, my passions include being with family and friends, traveling, staying healthy and fit, skiing, being at the lake, and reading, both educationally and for fun.  Simply put, I have an amazing life!
